I’m Adam Ace Spencer, a creative director, growth consultant, and digital builder based in Medford, just outside Boston. I help businesses cut through the noise, build systems that actually work, and turn awareness into revenue.
But here’s the thing: I didn’t get here by following one path. I’ve worked in media with CBS MaxPreps alongside brands like Nike and Gatorade. I’ve done video production with UndergroundHipHop.com, SaaS sales with companies like GuideSpark and HapYak, and even spent time as a financial wellbeing coach with a nonprofit. I’ve run my own marketing agency (Marketing And Sales Help), built service businesses from scratch, and been part of six-figure deals across industries.
That range isn’t random, it’s intentional. I’ve learned how to meet businesses where they are, speak their language, and figure out what they actually need to grow. Whether you’re a scrappy startup or an enterprise team, I can fit into your world and help you move forward.
What I’m Building Now
Over the last two years, I’ve been deep in the AI world, not just using tools, but building them. Custom CRMs. Interactive video solutions. Real solutions that do more than just look cool. And now I’m experimenting in public, sharing what works, and learning as I go.
I’ve also been making music since middle school. It’s always been part of how I think, creating something from nothing, finding the rhythm in chaos, putting pieces together until they click. That same mindset shows up in how I approach business problems.
Who I Am Outside of Work
I’m a basketball, football, rugby, and track guy. I love cruising on my motorcycle, solo rides, wind flowing through my hair, all of it. Haven’t hit the track yet, but that’s on the list for next year after winter. The motorcycle community is awesome, and I’m slowly embracing that side of it, even though I still prefer riding solo dolo most days.
I’m a proud uncle, Boston-born, grew up in the suburbs of Swellesley with family in Cambridge. I’m hoping to have a mini-me in the next few years once I find Ms. Right, so the clock’s ticking! Forget Where’s Waldo… Where’s Wifey?
What drives me outside of work? Helping level the playing field. Building a better, more equitable world. I’m clearly not perfect but I can’t stand a rigged game. That’s why I care so much about helping businesses build the right foundations, because when you get the strategy, systems, and story right, you create opportunities. For your team. For your customers. For everyone.
