I’m Adam Ace Spencer, a creative growth consultant, digital builder, and entrepreneur based in Medford, just outside Boston. I help businesses cut through the noise, build systems that actually work, and turn awareness into revenue.
But here’s the thing: I didn’t get here by following one path. I’ve worked in media with CBS MaxPreps alongside brands like Nike and Gatorade. I’ve done video production with UndergroundHipHop.com, SaaS sales with companies like GuideSpark and HapYak, and even spent time as a financial wellbeing coach with a nonprofit. I’ve run my own marketing agency (Marketing And Sales Help), built service businesses from scratch, and been part of six-figure deals across industries.
That range isn’t random, it’s intentional. I’ve learned how to meet businesses where they are, speak their language, and figure out what they actually need to grow. Whether you’re a self-starter, scrappy startup, or small business, I can fit into your world and help you move forward.
What I’m Building Now
Over the last two years, I’ve been deep in the AI world, not just using tools, but building them. Custom CRMs. Interactive video solutions. Real solutions that do more than just look cool. And now I’m experimenting in public, sharing what works – and what doesn’t, while learning as I go.
I’ve also been making music since middle school. It’s always been part of how I think, creating something from nothing, finding the rhythm in chaos, putting pieces together until they click. That same mindset shows up in how I approach business problems.
Who I Am Outside of Work
Outside of work, I’m big on keeping it moving. I stay active at the gym, ride my motorcycle whenever I can, and carve out time to think without noise. I enjoy watching basketball and football, diving into documentaries, enjoying nature, and experimenting with immersive tech like my OmniOne VR treadmill system.
I value independence, curiosity, and building a life that isn’t boxed in by one definition of success.
What ultimately drives my work is fairness at the system level. I’m not interested in rigged games – whether in business, technology, or society. When strategies, systems, and stories are designed well, they create opportunity instead of gatekeeping. That belief shows up in everything I build.
